This policy explains how Premier Residences handles information on premierresidencesny.com and on the Premier Residences Facebook Page, Instagram account and ads. Premier Residences presents property listings. Each listing is offered by its listing brokerage and licensed agents, who are named on the listing.
Information we collect
- On this website: nothing. The site has no forms, no accounts, no cookies, no analytics and no tracking pixels. Our web server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) for security, which are deleted on a rolling basis.
- When you contact us: if you call, text, comment on a post or send a direct message, we receive your name, phone number or social media username and what you write.
- Through our ads: we run ads on Facebook and Instagram. Meta may collect information when you see or interact with an ad, under Meta's own privacy policy. We only receive aggregated results (such as how many people saw an ad) and the comments or messages you choose to send us.
How we use it
We use your information only to answer your questions, send you the floor plan or listing details you ask for, and arrange showings. The licensed agents for the listing may contact you about that listing.
Sharing
We share your contact details only with the listing brokerage and agents for the property you asked about, so they can respond. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and contact details only as long as needed to respond and follow up about the listing, or as required by law.
Your choices and data deletion
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email premierresidencesny@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data" and the name, phone number or username you used. We will confirm within 30 days. To remove data Meta holds about you, use your Facebook or Instagram settings.
Children
This site and our ads are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
